Team Netaji supported Hina-Matsuri festival
Team Netaji supported Hina-Matsuri festival held by Indian community in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo on 8th of March 2014. Hina-Matsuri (or Girl's Day) is a Japanese traditional festival. People display dolls in beautiful clothes of ancient court on tiers for their girls and pray for their healthy growth. Team Netaji displayed Hina-Ningyo (dolls), explained a brief history of the festival, and showed Origami (paper crafts).
It was a beautiful day. Kids and even adults enjoyed the festival a lot. Home made Indian foods were served for lunch.
